About Nikki

Having grown up in Devon, Nikki relocated to Barnstaple in April 2007, where she lives with her partner, two young sons and a very lively Labrador!

Supervisor of the Administration Department

Nikki has worked for Philip J Milton & Company Plc since October 2007.

Having joined the firm as a receptionist, Nikki progressed to the position of Philip’s PA. After a career break in 2011 to have her first son, Nikki moved across to the Advisory Department as a paraplanner and thoroughly enjoyed that role for four years until she took over as Senior Administration Assistant in April 2016,. She continued to progress through the Company and was appointed a Director in March 2019. Nikki oversees the Administration Department, liaising with our external Administrator as needed and working alongside Philip to process all dealing instruction on client accounts.


Previous professional experience

Nikki has many years’ experience within the office environment, primarily focused within the finance sector. She started working at the Exeter High Street branch of Barclays as a Cashier after finishing school and progressed to the role of Cash Manager which she enjoyed for two years before relocating to Barnstaple. She then worked in a busy wholesale office as an administrator for six months before joining the Company.
